I'm having a similar problem with my Freerunner. The interference is
mainly heard by the other person. I've noticed that if my fingers are
touching the headphone jack, the gps port, or the usb port (in order from
greatest to least effect) the interference gets worse. If I put my
fingers flat on the back of the phone (from the battery to the lanyard
hole) the interference drops off to almost nothing. This is all without
the headset. With the headset in the noise is completely unbearable.
Also, this is all without the SD card.

1. We don't need feedback if nothing happens or did I misunderstand
something ? At least our testing team is irritated. I think Will should
make a decision here.
2. Sorry, I did not mean you have to explain that here. We can discuss
this next time we meet. We have to live with what we have although others
might be different. It all comes down to decisions which have advantages
and disadvantages - depends what death you are willing to die. ;-)
What kind of signaling is more suited for the e stuff ? What would you
suggest regarding my problem ? I opt for simple and well working
solutions.

The battery life is too short for the phone to be usable as a phone.
1) The FR should go into a deep sleep mode after some user-settable
timeout, and be woken only upon GSM incoming call or the user pushing the
screen lock and/or power button.
2) It should not be awoken by jostling against the touchscreen when in
sleep mode.
3) The screen lock button (on ASU) should also dim the screen and NOT
allow any touchscreen activity to wake it up. Hitting the lock button
should undim the screen again, and, if the phone had timed out into sleep
mode, bring it out of sleep mode.
And anything else that might help prolong battery life would be great.

i tested with above image for turn GSM off. but i could not check that
because it does not enter the suspend (happen to two phones)
and i also tried to test with below image.but it can not launch to
exposure.
