I've tried 3 different O2 sims in the UK (2 contract, 1 pre-pay). I can't
get the Freerunner to register on the GSM network. (It also fails on
2007.2 and FSO).
I get +CME ERROR: 13 (rather than 10) so I assume (wrongly?) that I'm
putting the SIMs in correctly.
I'll attach the output of logread to this defect, is there anything else I
can to to fix/workaround or help debug this issue?

This *might* be a dupe of #666 but that bug is specifically about 3G sims
and none of the sims I've tried have been 3G.
