[Wifi] can't connect to network via wifi

Steps+current results:
1) use setting to set wifi connection
2) select one network but no notice (something like hightlight the network
you're using)
3) see the wifi icon show up on illume bar
4) try to use the installer but show up" please check your network"

It seems that this did not fix the problem, my events/0 process still uses
22% of the cpu time after an uptime of about a day. I am using kernel-
image-2.6.24_2.6.24+git35+2d61a7406ec89893cdb4246d3f0144818278a5d8-r2_om-
gta02.ipk.
