what about compare other phones ?
i tested with Qtopia phone that takes round less than 10 sec.
also my personal feature phone it can get signal immediately.
if really need time to register then show up Alert message like"searching
network" in Home screen.

This need to be done after release.
Every package will be different, and need to be tested.
I will think about how to create such stuff.
Before this, we need to clean up our OM.dev.
I think it more distro issue, and may become a routine job.
So I remove the Milestone, change the Component, and Severity.
After Installer can accept this kind of package.
I will then close this ticket.
If there has any new such package, I will info testing Team.

What does your host side dmesg say... is it possible what happens here is
we lose the enumeration somehow and go back to 100mA limit? We are
pulling like 4mA from the battery on top of 100mA @ 5V from USB.

i tested with this images.
Device wakes up from suspend when press power button but still screen is
black(blank time) at the moment.(#1952)
so even get SMS we can not recognize weather it works well or not.
we want test after #1952 issue fixed.
