thanks for the pointer!

procps, or use your own format instead of 'u', for instance:

user:30,pid,pcpu,pmem,vsz,rss,tname,stat,start_time,bsdtime,args
I think that's not the right way to go.
so what about using a shorter user name for those accounts ?

There is little we can do right now. the X server does not start which can
have many different reasons. But no log file was attached, no list of
installed packages and I doubt the initial reporter has this issue
unresolved.

Sweet! It works for me when I change that file by hand. (I look forward
to it ending up in the unstable feed). When I type in X now it notices
every key, so my problem with the console remains, but that should be an
issue for another ticket, I imagine.
Bluetooth keyboard works now.

Comment(by Mercury):
See ticket #1796 My problem is fixed. X wasn't picking up the keyboard
because of the command line parameters.
My problem with the console remains. Even though every key works in X, if
I go to the console I only see some keys and not others. Even so, I think
it may be better for me to submit that as a new ticket following the new
ticket submission guidelines.
I suggest, to someone with the ability, that you please close this ticket
as WONTFIX (because there's no need to include hidd in the distribution if
you're using a newer bluez, because there's a new interface that's
available and I can verify that it works with my keyboard.)
