Comment(by erin_yueh):
Sorry! we don't have this feature now. SMS resending mechanism is based on
GSM network, not from mobile phone. When we send a SMS to our network
provider, it comes with a valid time. When the receiver get this SMS, it
would return an ACK to network. If the network doesnt get this ACK, it
will keep sending this SMS during this valid time. If you are interested
in SMS sending, you can read 3GPP TS23.040 spec.

Comment(by octavsly):
Did not see this behavior again. It was probably due to poor GSM signal.
Maybe an enhancement can be done:
- many (3) GSM signal loses => disable wake-up, in case of GSM signal
loss, for 30min/60min => re-enable wake up at signal loss
Something like some car alarms have when a sensor is activated too many
times.

Comment(by will):
Replying to [comment:2 erin_yueh]:
> why pin-dialog must show up before the home screen?
What this means is that a PIN dialog should show up only after the device
recognizes a sim card that needs a PIN. That's all.
We are not trying to force a PINs if there isn't one inside.

Comment:
Let me reopen it. Pressing "Mute" will always attempt to mute the ring
tone and if it is already silent there is no need to mute.
Charlie showed interest in doing something about it so I would say let him
go ahead with that.
