sept : actually i really no idea what's going on here.
i just got Tag from other Neo and go list that open it.
then close location, go list and check it.
correct result : it should be show "today" once you open tags and should
show "yesterday" if time past.

I force builder to re-generate the Package files. Now it shall contains
Size Tags. It will sync to downloads.om.org tomorrow.
