In 9b28d998424c77fbc057dd3a022ccbb122793a52 rev of xglamo, try to enable
MONOTONIC_CLOCK to make this issue fixed. The root cause is pretty the
same with #2113. Change to testing.

I also experience problems with ScummVM (with SDL backend) - cursor often
jumps to some random position when I click on the screen.
