 How can the "asu" theme be edited to make the keyboard work? I tried using
 the "illume" theme, but another "bug" of this theme is the clock which is
 virtually unusable because it is so small (and because it is an analog
 clock, making exact reading of the time difficult).

 I know how to use edje_decc and the like, I just do not know the exact
 location in the ".edc" file where to insert proper keyboard support.

 I was thinking we could make the sound volume setting persistent from one
 call to the next since usually it's very likely that if I previously
 increased the volume, I will have to increase the volume again at next
 call which is not very convenient since sliding the bar is not very
 convenient during a call (see
 [http://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2188]).
