for some time one can not select european cities when setting time zone via installer

Hello!

	In the past I was used to setting Europe/Ljubljana as time zone, but all the recent builds I tried no longer let me do 
that. After I select Europe I get blue screen with notice about F10 for refresh. Tried this with VMWare and real 
machines and always the same. Even with 1.4.0rc1 iso that Matt announced yesterday.
