You need to use one of the links named "DVD^3" in the "Mirrors Released Version - openSUSE" page above because the path varies among mirrors. Since the image is large, you may want to try a few mirrors to see the download rate before trying to fetch the entire ISO image. For example, Taiwanese mirror was faster than the Japanese one for me even though I live in Japan. Thanks.
