loader does not give any help for mount problems

The loader on-line help does not cover any topic for 
troubleshooting/setting root mount parameters.  This is especially bad 
when the mountroot prompt is broken.  The loader help (for set, 
probably) should talk about vfs.root.mountfrom and its format.
