I just converted the tmpfs name zone from a systemwide zone to a per-mount zone. All of the panics from tmpfs directly from zone exhaustion should be taken care of, so I think it'd be worth closing this bug and opening two new ones, one for the vfscache exhaustion, one for the deep recursion on unmount.
