Issue #743 has been updated by Sascha Wildner. Description updated Status changed from New to Closed Assignee deleted (0)
Closing now for real. I recently tested booting off a USB HDD with ehci and nata and it worked. ---------------------------------------- Bug #743: problems with NATA + EHCI + USB harddisk http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issues/743 Author: Sascha Wildner Status: Closed Priority: High Assignee: Category: Target version: Hi, I got curious about Alexander Shiryaev's USB harddisk bug and just upgraded my system on a USB harddisk to HEAD. It shows some different behavior here: All works unless I use _both_ EHCI and NATA. Either one will work fine alone but used together will result in da0 (the USB harddisk) not being detected upon boot, ending on the mountroot> prompt.
