Issue #2622 has been updated by swildner.
Can you fetch and apply the following patch: http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~swildner/0001-WIP-spic-4-driver.patch and put in your kernel config: device spic0 at isa? irq 0 port 0x10a0 and rebuild the kernel / reboot. After that, please tell me if using the Fn keys that don't work will generate messages on the console, and if so, which specific message for which key is printed. I am not sure if acpi_sony.ko will have to be loaded at the same time, so if it doesn't work without, please try with it loaded too.
