new PNG/MNG icons, mime.types update

Summary: new PNG/MNG icons, mime.types update
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.36
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The enclosed PNG icons aren't exactly the best converts; under Mozilla/IE the
background isn't transparent as it should be. I've taken the liberty of
reconverting them from the GIF versions, including the one animated GIF into a
MNG. Note that due to a bug in Netscape 4, these icons will still look rather
icky.

Additionally, here is a patch for docs/conf/mime.types which adds Ogg Vorbis,
MNG, JNG and DJVU MIME types:

Keep up the good work!
