What I find is that the second virtual host does not allow the files to be read or parsed. The domain is however the files do not execute. If I put the same files in the default virtualroot'd directory then the files work fine but as soon as the files are only in the second virtual root's documentroot then Apache gives me a 501 error saying it could not find the files.
