Error.log shows: "(OS 5) access denied" only when trying to run a cgi (example: 105gradecheck.exe). Apache running as Local Account. Incoming requests for ~userid translated (via AliasMatch) to append login domain-name to userid to match file system. Apache properly serves other webpages from same account. No responses on the apache- user list. No FAQ's. No docs describing possible actions to take.
