Graceful stop and start generate log warm "...httpd.pid overwritten"

I'm sorry. This is not a bug.
The log occur because the "start" is executed by gdb:

gdb /www/bin/httpd
run -X -f /www/conf/httpd-debug.conf

and the "stop":
/www/bin/apachectl stop

The file httpd.pid are still open by the gdb.
And the httpd don't close httpd.pid correctly.

When tests with:
/www/bin/apachectl start
and
/www/bin/apachectl stop

All is ok!
