http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7932 BSoD Attemping to Terminate Apache with ZoneAlarm Installed [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|CLOSED |REOPENED Resolution|INVALID | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-08-19 00:45 ------- Sorry, guys, bring up this bug again, but I never used ZA, only NIS (norton internet security), and I experiens same problem: sometimes when I want to restart Apache2 from Apache Service Monitor it kill Apache "child" but cant kill "main" apache (when it runs in task manager it shows two apache processes) and nothing can kill it untill restart whole computer. after reading through all those replys here, I did clean install entire system, and installed Apache 2.0.47 without installing anything else (exept PHP, MySQL and MDaemon mail server). Nothing helped, Apache2 most of the times restarts/stops with no problem, but sometimes, stops responding (again, only when I try restart or stop it). I belive its something wront with Apache2 and ZA just make it worse. P.S. I've never got BSOD. P.P.S. My Apache service runs under a user, not under "SYSTEM" user.
