André, the sentence doesn't make any sense. Transfer-Encoding and
Content-Encoding are totally independent from each other. If Mozilla refuses to
process both headers, it's not HTTP/1.1 compliant. HTTP/1.1 clients *MUST*
support Transfer-Encoding chunked. And I bet, if they send "Accept-Encoding:
gzip" they should support gzip Content-Encoding as well.
However, this point has not really anything to do with a RemoveOutputFilter
directive....
