MS Internet Expolrer 5.5 with Acrobat 5 fires an error accessing those files, saying they dont start with %PDF. Hitting the Reload Button solves the problem in most cases, but that ist too difficult for most of our users ;-) In the access.log i see HTTP-Code 206. On Apache 1.3 those Files work just perfect !!!!! After switching one Server to Apache 2.0.48 we got this problem (just on this server :-).
