I attempted to using either SSLMutex file:logs/ssl_mutex or SSLMutex default. It takes longer with SSLMutex default to seg fault, but the stack trace is basically the same. The debug error_log traces are available for both test runs if you want them. Finally the src_offest & src_len variables are not changing.
