http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=28594 Apache 2.0.49 fails on restart command with mod_ssl and PHP Summary: Apache 2.0.49 fails on restart command with mod_ssl and PHP Product: Apache httpd-2.0 Version: 2.0.49 Platform: Sun OS/Version: Solaris Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: Other Component: All AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Our Apache installation over solaris 8 is failing on restart, compiled with these options: ./configure --prefix=/aplicacions/apache-2.0.49 --enable-ssl --with-ssl=/usr/local/ssl --enable-so --enable-headers --enable-expires When we try to /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl restart Apache stops and we can see this on the error log: [Mon Apr 26 09:58:35 2004] [notice] SIGHUP received. Attempting to restart [Mon Apr 26 09:58:35 2004] [notice] seg fault or similar nasty error detected in the parent process [Mon Apr 26 09:59:04 2004] [warn] pid file /aplicacions/apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? We can make apachectl startssl with any problem ... We compiled PHP-4.3.5 with the new apache, and we thought it was due to an issue related with the release of PHP ( third issue in http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-4.php#4.3.6), so we installed the last version, but the problem persists. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
