An actual patch would be preferred, but this is broadly equivalent. Adding PatchAvailable keyword. The point of a patch is to highlight diffs. That way we could evaluate whether it appears likely to have side-effects - such as adversely affecting performance for normal proxying - before considering it for inclusion in the httpd codebase. We're more likely to adopt it if you make it easy for us!
