Eric, I couldn't able to find solution from other forums. Additional info,

MaxClients 8192
MinSpareThreads 75
MaxSpareThreads 250
ThreadsPerChild 64
MaxRequestsPerChild 10000
Note: http accesslog file comes around 2GB, is this a problem?
