I don't know how to tell what http server version is running, so I'm guessing
here.
No recent upgrades done to system.
On restart, the http server sends only the test page included with MacOS X
10.3.9, in spite of the fact that the httpd.config file has virtualhosts
switched on and has a number of virtualhosts defined. Those sites were being
served correctly until this occurred.
The following sites are served by this server:

http://www.alaska43.org
http://www.kingkrill.com
https://secure.whitmore-family.net
https://secure.kingkrill.com
This is a major problem for the business sites and for the other sites as well.
