Unknowingly I had /etc/apache2/conf.d/twiki.conf -> /etc/twiki/twiki.conf. I
also had /etc/apache2/sites-available/twiki.conf containing the VirtualHost
which also included /etc/twiki/twiki.conf.
Sorry guys. My fault.
