I realise this is probably the wrong place, but I don't know where the right
place is.
I'd like to use a VC9 version of PHP as it's faster than versions compiled with
VC6, but I'm currently unable to do so without downloading Apache from a 3rd
party source, or working out how to compile things for myself.
