Zip containing: document describing details, and attached files

Configuring Apache with mod_jk and SSL support, requiring client certificate,
and trying to access the server using client certificates issued by a known CA,
triggers an “413 Request Entity Too Large” error. With other certificates there
is no problem.
I'have attached a certificate issued by this CA (revoked, but this is no
problem), so you can reproduce this error.
I have also attached a document with a more detailed explanation, and more
files to configure an scenario where this error is shown.
