The documentation for IndexOptions [1] says:
"However, whenever an unprefixed keyword is processed, it clears all inherited
options and any incremental settings encountered so far."
This is true for most options; however some options don't clear inherited
settings. The following options don't clear inherited settings:
Charset=
Type=
DescriptionWidth=
NameWidth=
IconHeight[=] IconWidth[=]
As it happens, these options all have parameters - maybe that affects their
behaviour? If this is intentional, it is not documented as far as I can tell.
