When there are multiple clients upload files by WebDav, Apache httpd may report
500 internal error as below and the upload will failed.
[Wed Oct 02 23:49:19 2013] [error] [client 10.0.1.2] The resource was created
successfully, but there was a problem inheriting locks from the parent
resource. [500, #0]
[Wed Oct 02 23:49:19 2013] [error] [client 10.0.1.2] Could not open the lock
database. [500, #400]
[Wed Oct 02 23:49:19 2013] [error] [client 10.0.1.2] (35)Resource deadlock
avoided: Could not open property database. [500, #1]
