Several people have done this and reported no problems. If you have processes hanging, no longer accepting connections, they try to shut down and some http2 connection does not let them. That was frequently the case in pre 1.1.0 versions. If that still happens with the newer versions, I'd be interested to learn what configuration you use in regard to timeouts and maxconnections and other related directives.
