Thanks, Robert. There has been a race condition identified (and fixed) that lead to a deadlock during connection shutdown. The fix, and other improvements is currently available from the mod_http2 github site (https://github.com/icing/mod_h2), which you can configure to use a 2.4.18 apxs. Just replace the existing module with the built one. These fixes will of course also make it into the next 2.4.x release, however, due to other dependencies, they have not all landed in the subversion branch yet.
