Summary: ab fast for requests <8193 bytes long + very slow when requests are
>8192 bytes.
https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/chkspeed.html simple tester suggests Apache is
working as expected. Only ab seems to produce the problem.
There seems to be no component specifically for ApacheBench, so setting
component to Core.
