I see. Thanks for you afford - I think we are trying to finally fix our web
application to not reset connections on client-side so often. Then we'll start
migrating to http2. Thanks for the tip to send keep-alives in the h2 connection
so apache recognizes the closed connection faster.

As I understood there is nothing more to do in this bug report - so it can be
closed (at least from my side).

Thanks again for your help - I have a much better understanding now how apache2
handles http2 internally.
