[Bug 66642] If apache is acting as a reverse proxy, and the downstream service it's proxying for returns a malformed response then apache returns 200, Instead I would expect apache to either handle that badly and just crash, or at least return a 500.

When the status line is invalid, Apache interprets it as an http/0.9 response
which means the response is the body.  It should probably not accept these by
default.
