Expecting there's a FAQ for this that I just haven't found yet.
Appears that my work with both Apache-2.4.58 and Apache-2.4.59 are using the
RedHat version of pcre2 vice the Open source version that I was trying to
deploy.
Attempting to install with pcre2-pcre2-10.43
I have succeeded with adding Apr 1.7.4 and apr-utils 1.6.3 to my build, but
directions that I received for adding pcre2 weren't as complete.
