After in-place upgrade from .59 to .60 or .61 following the usual instructions
and trying to restart, there appeared this error:

> load modules/mod_headers.so into server:
> /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_headers.so: undefined symbol:
> ap_set_content_type_ex
A fresh install under a new prefix works fine, though.
