When the site goes down. the site like this

I’m having trouble with my Apache server on our local INTRANET. The site
functions correctly over HTTP, but when I enable SSL and redirect all HTTP
traffic to HTTPS, the site becomes slow down and stops working to users.
Despite my troubleshooting efforts, I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
