currently, a error message logged by i.e. RewriteRule directive does not
specify anything beyond the path to .htaccess file
there's no way to make modules log line number using ErrorLogFormat either
.htacces can have multiple - dozens of RewriteRule directives
the line number (in addition to the file path) is a bare minimum that any error
must report beyond the error message itself
i specify mod_rewrite as module for the bug, although i am not sure - this
might be a more general one?
