A stream could, under certain conditions, become scheduled for purging twice. This resulted in a double free with the new allocator added to stream pools. Without the allocator, this would mess up the connection/other stream pools. Which explains the weird failures on the tests with version v2.0.36. I restore the use of the allocator and prevent double purges in v2.0.37.
