Since Actalis (https//www.actalis.com) also provides unlimited free SSL
certificates via ACME [1], I would suggest making a small enhancement to the
mod_md module so that you can configure Actalis's ACME server URL simply by
setting the string "actalis" as the value of the MDCertificateAuthority
directive, similar to how you can do when using Letsencrypt. At the same time,
I should point out that Buypass has withdrawn from the SSL certificate business
[2], so supporting the "buypass" shortcut is no longer necessary.
