I've reported this previously in the CPAN bug tracker

The perl module IPC::Run (v0.92) fails one test on OpenBSD (and64); this
*appears* to be a regression, but I'm unclear why it fails, as I don't
quite understand how to read Perl tests...
AFAIK, this used to work, but I'm unable to confirm when it broke,
sorry. Nor have I tested on any other arches. Nor am I 100% certain
that it's an OpenBSD regression, it could also be an IPC::Run
regression. Filing this as a bug in both places so someone with better
perl-fu than me can look at it.
