Well, two of these within a week is a bit too much of a coincidence.
So I took another look and consulted the right manual this time. It
decodes as an IOMMU translation error. And that is almost certainly a
kernel bug of some sorts.
I've only recently noticed this - but I have now changed the ram - I'm
now fixing my serial connect so that I can capture panics - will see if
I can reproduce the errors.
