The message 'Can't locate object method "fatal"...' refers to the
following line in /usr/libdata/perl5/OpenBSD/PackageRepository.pm
$state->fatal("Couldn't change identity: can't find #1", $user);
I concur with espie@'s commit message for r1.119 that I "deserve this."
That said, actually emitting the message "Couldn't change identity..."
would still be preferable.

Presumably, remove the user _pkgfetch then use pkg_add in any
