How-To-Repeat:
    Host OS: OpenBSD 6.8
    QEMU 5.1.0
    OVMF downloaded on 25.Jan.2021 from
      https://www.kraxel.org/repos/jenkins/edk2/
      using /usr/share/edk2.git/ovmf-x64/OVMF-pure-efi.fd
extracted from edk2.git-ovmf-x64-0-20201222.1545.g3b769c5110.noarch.rpm
    Installation media (downloaded 26.Jan.2021):
      https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/amd64/install68.img

    Run with:
doas qemu-system-x86_64 -m 512M -pflash ~/comp/ovmf-x64/OVMF-pure-efi.fd \ -drive format=raw,file=snapshot-2021-01-26/miniroot68.img,index=0,if=ide -nographic

Fix:
    I don't know. But I could try to debug with some guidance.
    I think on real hardware the same problems has been reported at
      https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=159039904132502&w=2

Blessings.
