Intel had their own 64 bit architecture with itanium, which could run 32

I can have a shell from finishing the install process, this
works. It
doesn't boot in single user mode, but can boot with boot -c option
into user kernel configuration.
this CPU has 64 bit support, please test amd64 OpenBSD 6.9 instead of
i386 and report back.
