Hmm, maybe I'm wrong about sysclean and /usr/local/libdata, although
since it looks at packages and I don't see anything about ignoring that
directory I'm not sure why it would.

Are there .so files in /usr/local/libdata that don't show up in
/var/db/pkg/*/+CONTENTS?
