I don't have much to add. I see the same on my x280. I noticed that when I was playing a video during suspend, the sound of the video kept playing until I force rebooted the unresponsive machine. The other observation is that on my machine I can't reproduce it reliably. I saw it four times today, but now that I wanted to have a go at bisecting it, I haven't been able to reproduce it. Unsure if it depends on having a bad kernel link or if it's something I need to do during runtime.
